The Lady Seahawks basketball team will prepare to defend it’s 2019 region championship with two months of Fall workouts leading up to the season.

The workouts will have three components: weights, cardio/core, and basketball skills.
All athletes must have athletic paperwork on file BEFORE beginning workouts, if you need to complete your paperwork, please click HERE or stop in the Athletic Director’s office.
